Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems

Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS)

Range of monitors and analysers for the continuous monitoring of emissions from process and industrial stacks. Systems for particulates, solvents VOC, TOC and gases.

MCA 04 Multi Stack Analyser

The MCA 04 is a single beam photometer, working on the principle of the absorption of infrared light. The unit has an extractive sampling system and up to 8 gas components can be measured at the same time: maximum 7 infrared active gases (e.g. CO, NO, NO2, SO2 , HCl, NH3, H2O, CO2) and O2 with an extractive circonium oxid cell as well as optionally TOC with a flame ionisation detector.

MCA 23 Multi Stack Analyser

The MGA 23 gas analyser can measure up to 4 gas components at once: A maximum of three infrared sensitive gases such as CO,CO2, NO, SO2, CH4, R22 (Freon CHCIF2) and O2 with an electrochemical oxygen measuring cell.

Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC)

Fixed Flame Ionisation Detector (FID)

The Thermo-FID can be configured to fit into a 19” system rack or to be used as a stand alone analyser, measuring Organic Carbon Volatile Organic Compounds’s (VOC’s) at ppm or LEL levels.

Multi-Gas Calibration Systems

range of systems both fixed and mobile comprising a range of analysers for the detection of ambient gases down to PPB level. Generally used for air quality networks, roadside monitoring or industrial boundaries.

Multi Gas Blenders
Units are microprocessor controlled instruments for dynamic calibration of ambient air analysers. The instrument automatically performs zero, precision, span and multi-point calibrations using NO, NO2, SO2, CO, O3, hydrocarbons and other required calibration gases.
