Casella CEL Service Department

The Casella CEL Service Department provides Calibration and repair for the entire Casella CEL product portfolio. It is staffed with fully trained Engineers having accumulated 151 man-years in the Service business, 54 of them at Casella.

The department overall is approved to ISO9000:2000, and all calibrations are carried out to ISO17025:2005 protocol with measurement traceability to National and International Standards where they exist. Attached to the Service Department is a fully equipped Acoustic Calibration Laboratory that is accredited to ISO17025:2005 by UKAS, with measurement traceability directly to the UK National Physical Laboratory (NPL).

Individual or fixed price servicing contracts can be arranged which ensures rapid turnaround of equipment and effective maintenance regimes for users.
